We will work together in partnership with the community to prevent pet overpopulation by bringing awareness to the benefits of pet adoption and spay/neuter, by ensuring careful placement of our rescue dogs to lifelong homes, and by promoting responsible pet guardianship. In doing so, we endeavor to continue GIVING HOPE to Georgia’s homeless Chihuahuas and the people who love them. Next Meet n Greet Saturday, July 25th from 12-4pm Pawsibilities Pet Food Store 325 S. Atlanta Street Roswell, GA 30075
Please be advised that in order to adopt you must fill out an adoption application and be pre-approved prior to the day of the meet n greet.
New 2009 Happy Tails Updates!
My name is Miss Daisy and I’m a 3 ½ pound little dynamo. I spent my first 3 years alone since my previous person traveled so much, and since I was an only Chi I didn’t have anyone to keep me company. My previous person turned me over to CRGA because of this even though I was trying to be a good girl. Since I’ve joined my new family I’m doing GREAT and life is WAY BETTER! I’m out of the crate and get to sleep at night in the big people’s bed. I have my big sister Scottish Terrier Sadie Lynn, my new Chi brother Mr. Migs and younger Chi sister Mi Mee to play and run around with. If “pack leader” is the one that everyone follows around then that’s me! I’ve been going to work with my new mom and dad and am working on tuning up my social skills. It’s so different getting to dress up in cute outfits and go out and meet new people. I think I’m liking that. My mom says that when I’m ready I can go out in the community even more and be part of CRGA’s new Chi Hope Chest fund raising project. I plan to volunteer as a Chi Hope Chest “Ambassadorable” to raise money to help other Chis who are like me find their forever homes. So thank you CRGA for all the hard work that you do and for helping me find my new forever home. Life is now “Sweet as a Daisy!” New Lower Adoption Fee for Senior Dogs! The new adoption fee for a senior dog is $100.00! This new lower fee still includes complete veterinary care. If you are a senior yourself, consider adopting or even fostering a senior pet! Give one of our senior pets a home... Contact Us for more information. Donate through Paypal! Our organization survives solely on public donations and right now we need your help more than ever. With the downward turn in the economy, we are experiencing slower adoptions, and increased requests for rescue! Our veterinary bills all the while stay the same. In order to continue our good work in the community and provide comprehensive veterinary care for our animals, we need your donation! Please give what you can - no donation is too big or too small. Thank you for your support! |
